Hallelujah! A tiny squeak to the right person at the right time can move mountains—or break logjams. This past week we received our approvals and building plans back from the state. The wheels are beginning to grind forward. Now we just need to hear back from our contractor.

I’ll give him a day or so, then ping him again to ask about progress. I should know more by next week. In the meantime, YAY!
